DELIVERY
COSTS Parcels are charged at a flat rate of $10.50 for all
orders within Australia. We advise all customers to Register their
orders, additional cost is $2.70 Simply advise us via Email and
add this amount to your invoice total.
PRICING All prices on this website are quoted in
Australian dollars and include GST.
MINIMUM
ORDER REQUIREMENTS We have a $10 minimum on all orders excluding
Post and Shipping charges. Orders that do not meet the required minimum
will not be processed.
PAYMENT
METHODS Cheque or money order. - Please ensure to print out your
order form and attach it to your payment. Please note your order will be
processed as soon as the funds have cleared. Cheques which are returned to us
because of insufficient funds will be charged an additional $30- for handling.
Subject to cheque clearance issues, every effort is made to process all orders
within 24 hours of receipt.

Payment can be made by credit card (Bankcard, Visa, Mastercard). You can be assured your credit card
payments will be processed on our secure server.

ORDERS Crafty Devils send goods all over the world. Please remit
payment in the form of Pay Pal Only. Overseas orders are sent exclusive of
Australian Goods and Services Tax (GST). Overseas Postage rates on
application. Rates are based on Australia Post postal services together with
packaging prices and are therefore subject to change without notice. Email for a

GUARANTEE
AND RETURNS POLICY Crafty Devils will accept merchandise that is
either faulty or defective return that was purchased from us within 14 days of
invoice. You are responsible for shipping costs of all returns. All returned or
defective claims will be either refunded or exchanged if advised within the
claim period above. If goods have been damaged in shipping, and attempt is made
to deliver to you in obvious damaged condition, please refuse to take delivery
of the item and advise us accordingly. Returns must be authorised by us and in
their original packaging. We do not accept returns on books or magazines. Please
note we do not offer refunds on paper due to change of mind. When requesting a
return please supply a description of the item, the reason why and a copy of
your original receipt or quote your invoice number.
